There I was…. about to reblog that great photo I saw on my dash… when I got very confused because I couldn’t find the reblog button…. a minute later I realized why… I can’t reblog from myself. Oops.
I went to the doctor today!
She gave me some fancy name for it then just explained that my kneecap is kinda loose so I need to strengthen my quads to hold it in place more. And I can start running again soon!

Wait she said don’t do squats because they’ll irritate it a lot. She gave me a few little basic exercises for it and then said I could start running on a track next week if I walk to curves and jog the straights to begin.
