After I picked the gooseberries I had a swim and put on happy red clothes because I wear way too much black and then I made BREAKFAST: Chocolate beetroot oatmeal with sliced banana, papaya, gooseberries, strawberries, goji berries, dried white mulberries, blackstrap molasses, tahini and sunflower seeds!
(And the sun is shining and I actually ate this on my bed with reggae playing and am now going to Sunday morning yoga. YES.)
